How to make Gluten-Free Noodles? Just follow me. Monsoon is round the corner and I love to sit indoors with a hot comforting bowl of my favorite noodles. And today I am going to share a recipe which is gluten free and it’s super delicious and healthy.

How to make Gluten-Free Noodles in 2023

So the first step is to boil the Soba Noodles, they are predominantly made with Buckwheat Flour but if you are looking for a gluten free version make sure you buy a brand which does not have Wheat Starch in it.

So I have a portion of Soba Noodles here they come in small tagged bundles like these so one tagged bundle is good enough for this recipe.

So I have kept some water to boil here I am going to boil these noodles just for four to five minutes they are very quick to cook. So just four to five minutes. Once the water starts to boil just drop the noodles in and as they soften, they are going to sink in.

How to make Gluten-Free Noodles

While the Noodles are boiling let’s quickly mix all the sauces for the dressing. So I have Soy Sauce here so one tbsp of Soy Sauce, one tbsp of Chilli Sauce. You can use Red or Green, whatever you have at home. One tsp of Ketchup, half a tsp of Red Chilli Flakes, a tbsp of Honey, a tbsp of Ginger Juice, one-forth tsp of Corn Flour or Corn Starch and give all these ingredients a good mix.

Let’s keep this aside and check on the Noodles. These have already soften and they are ready. Turn off the flame and drain the water of the Noodles. Just drizzle a few drops of Oil and coat the Noodles so that they don’t turn into a lump once they are cooled.

The Noodles are boiled, the dressing mixture is ready and now time to stir fry some Vegetables. So in a wok, heat some Oil, not too much around a tbsp. Once the Oil is nice and hot I am going to add in a tsp of grated Garlic or Garlic paste, one Onion shredded, just toss these two ingredients for a few seconds.

Let’s add in the other vegetables I have half a Red Capsicum that I have cut lengthwise, one Carrot julienned, one cup of shredded Cabbage. Cook all these ingredients for a minute.

You have to remember one thing that whenever you are stir frying Vegetables make sure you have to stir fry on high flame. And more such tips and tricks stay tuned till the end.

Let’s add in the Noodles now just separate them out slightly before adding it into your vegetables. Give this a good toss Let’s add in the dressing sauces some Spring Onions and Leaves little bit of Salt and done.

Time to plate these Noodles. Garnish these Noodles with a little bit of Spring Onion Greens. This is one of the healthiest Noodle bowl I have ever made.
