Next add in three tbsps of Rice Flour, three tbsps of Gram Flour, one tsp of Ginger and Chilli paste, one tbsp of Fenugreek Leaves, one and a half tbsp of Oil, mix all these ingredients together and using some water, let’s make a dough. Salt to taste.

This dough is ready, make sure you do not rest it for more than five minutes. Let’s start rolling this Papdis, take a small portion of the dough, and to dust this dough use Rice Flour do not use Gram Flour or the Sorghum or Jowar Flour.
